Getting Started – Posting Your Student Position:

Oregon State University requires that all new hourly student positions be posted competitively in the OSU Jobs Online Recruiting System for a minimum of three days.

Student Position Request Form: Submit this form to initiate a posting for a student position.  FOBC HR will create the posting on your behalf.

Student Job Categories and Pay Rates: A student employee position must fall within the University’s established job categories and compensation rates.

Student Hire Request Form:  After your student posting in the OSU Jobs Online Recruiting System has closed, and you have selected a student to hire, submit this form to notify FOBC HR of the student you wish to hire.  This form should be submitted before the student begins working, to allow time for any necessary background checks and employment paperwork to be completed.
