Contract Services and Procurement units within Procurement, Contracts and Materials Management (PCMM) invite customers to provide feedback through a brief online survey for each unit. The results will be used to evaluate the quality of service provided and to develop and refine our processes. There are two survey links below, one for Procurement and one for Contract Services, which are two separate units within PCMM. If you’ve worked with both units, please fill out a survey for each unit. To aid you in determining which units(s) you have worked with, the names of the employees within each section are listed below the survey link. Each survey will take about 3-5 minutes to complete.
