The Auxiliaries & Activities Business Center (AABC) was created to help better serve the financial, accounting, and administrative needs of Oregon State University’s auxiliary and student fee-based units.  AABC operates under the guidance of the Office of the Controller.

  • Volunteer Income Tax Assistance. The College of Business has the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance, or VITA, program which is an IRS initiative to support free tax preparation service for those who qualify. Volunteers including IRS-certified accounting students, university staff and community members, prepare taxes for participants.
  • All BennyBuy access request forms are now completed by departments through an electronic form, which can be initiated by clicking the “Request BennyBuy Access” button on the eProcurement Website. Please contact us with questions. 

Free Student Resources

Any student who would like free assistance with affording sufficient groceries, or who lack a safe and stable place to live, and believes this may affect their academic success in any way, should contact the Human Services Resource Center(HSRC) for support (hsrc@oregonstate.edu, 541-737-3747).
