What's New in AABC? 
  • The AABC-SEC Finance contact sheet is now available.
  • Employees have until January 6th, 2020 to guarantee that an update to their current mailing address will be included on their W-2 that will be mailed out by the end of January.
  • After December 16th 2019, W-4 status changes will not be possible through OSU Online Services.  There is not currently a known date that it will be available again - it will likely be several months.
  • The OSU relocation payment process has been updated effective 7-1-19. If you have any questions please email AABC Payroll
  • Sign Up for Direct Deposit! Direct deposit is the most secure and convenient way to be paid. Direct deposit can be conveniently set up by the employee themselves via MyOSU, log in, select the Employee tab, then under My Employment Details select Direct Deposit.

The Auxiliaries & Activities Business Center (AABC) was created to help better serve the financial, accounting, human resources, and administrative needs of Oregon State University’s auxiliary and student fee-based units.
