DFA Award Winners will be announced at the DFA All Staff Meeting and Awards Event on May 14, 2024

The Customer Service Award acknowledges staff members who consistently provide outstanding customer service with personalized interactions. Characteristics may include: 

  • Ensures follow-through.
  • Consistent positive interactions and helpful attitude.
  • Delivers more than expected.
  • Award: $200
     

Nomination Criteria:

  • Demonstrates outstanding customer service and personalized interactions. 
  • Exhibits knowledge and competency, providing clear and transparent communication to all audiences. 
  • Proactive with customers’ needs and wants. 
  • Contributes to improvements in the quality of service to students, staff, faculty and/or the public through timely responsiveness and resourcefulness.
