The Corvallis Shared Responsibility Budget Model (SRBM), a modified responsibility-centered management (RCM) approach to allocating education and general (E&G) funds to academic and administrative units, is in its third year of use at OSU. The decision to implement the model included agreement that the model should be reviewed thoroughly every three to four years for potential improvements and adjustments. Charged by the Provost and Executive Vice President and Vice President for Finance and Administration, this will be the first such review since initial implementation. The review workgroups have scheduled a series of forums for faculty, staff and the campus community before the end of spring term to listen to questions, concerns, ideas, and suggestions about the Corvallis budget process.

There are three open forums for the campus community.

If you were unable to participate in any of the forums, you can provide comment, feedback, and questions at:  https://fa.oregonstate.edu/budget-and-resource-planning/webform/budget-model-review-questions-comments.
