Until further notice, the ID Center, located in the Memorial Union room 103, will have limited service hours: 10:00am-12:30pm Monday, Wednesday, & Friday and closed Tuesdays and Thursdays through January 1st, 2021. Staff will be working remotely to provide email and voicemail services from 9:00am-4:00pm Monday - Friday.
We are available at ID.Center@oregonstate.edu or at 541-737-2493. Phones will be staffed between 9:00am-3:00pm, Monday-Friday. Staff will be working remotely to provide email and voicemail services from 9:00am-5:00pm.
Please use the OSU MyCard website to add funds to your account and update your ID card photo.
Please support our social distancing efforts and use the OSU ID Card request form to request a new or replacement ID Card. You will receive an email when your card is available for pickup during our open service hours. The initial card cost for students is billed to your student account during your first term at OSU. Replacement ID cards are $30. The replacement fee does not apply if you have not yet picked up the new Orange Card that was released in June, 2019. Students receiving a replacement card will see a $30 charge on their student account. Charges for Employee replacement cards or Associate/Affiliate cards will be due when card is picked up.
Departments needing support with Atrium or other services provided by the ID Center should contact us at ID.Center@oregonstate.edu or at 541-737-2493. Please use the Departmental Badge Request form to request new badges for your employees. New employees or employees needing their initial or replacement ID card are encouraged to use the OSU ID Card request form
