These municipal disclosure documents provide information for investors, including: the terms of the bond; the purpose of the bond; whether the issuer can redeem the bond prior to maturity; and when and how principal and interest on the bond will be repaid.

Electronic Municipal Market Access (EMMA)

The Electronic Municipal Market Access is more commonly known as EMMA. As a publicly-offered bond issuer, OSU is obligated to provide certain financial information and notices of listed events set forth in continuing disclosure agreements and to support SEC rules affecting our underwriters to the EMMA website.
