Division of Finance and Administration employees are developing a greater focus on inclusive excellence within the DFA. No matter what unit we work in or what job we do, it is important that we all continue to learn as much as we can about diversity, equity and inclusion matters. The DFA Diversity Action Planning Workgroup is formed to identify the unique diversity, equity and inclusion needs for the division and will recommend an action plan to the Senior Leadership Team for implementation. The Diversity Implementation Committee will work with employees and unit leaders to enhance diversity, equity and inclusion in accordance with the university's goals, mission and core values.
