Regular payroll checks and earnings statements are distributed based on what the employee requested on their most recent Direct Deposit Authorization form. Checks can be delivered to the department or business center. If you are paid via Direct Deposit and did not Opt-out of a printed earnings statement, your earnings statement will be delivered to your employing department or business center. You can also access it online at Employee Online Services:

  • Earnings Statement
  • Select the Year and Click "Display"
  • Choose the Month to view
  • To Print a copy select "View Printable Earning Statement"
