To facilitate the review process:
- Be sure to attach all relevant document(s) to help our review and approval;
- Along with the information you provide in the "instructions", please inform us if the document has been reviewed by internal or external stakeholders or policy advisors and who they are; and
- Include the name and email of the person(s) who will sign on behalf of the Department, and the other party, and any other names of persons to whom Contract Services may seek information from regarding the document submitted to assist in its review.
