Strand Ag renovation bought seismic safety, accessibility, modern systems and renewal to our one-hundred year old legacy building. 

Learning Innovation Center (LInC)

The Learning Innovation Center, (LInC) brought nearly 140,000 gross square feet of building space in a highly collaborative and student engaging one-of-a-kind classroom building that is also home to the University Honor College. The LInC brings much-needed classroom space to campus, including 2,300 classroom seats in the auditorium and small classroom styles, as well as advanced arena and parliament styles to maximize student engagement.

The 100,000-square-foot Austin Hall is home for the College of Business.

Pape Campanile (Bell Tower Expansion)

Tebeau Hall

The five-floor, 76,400-square-foot Tebeeau Hall provides space to house approximately 324 students.

Hogg Animal Metabolism Lab

 

Native American Longhouse

The Native American Longhouse Eena Haws (NAL) brings 3,700 square feet of space to build a bridge of understanding between the regions' Tribes and visitors of all cultures; a hospitable environment and a source of support honoring the cultures of the first people of this land.

Centro Cultural Cesar Chavez

The Centro Cultural César Chavez, located between the parking garage and the CH2M-Hill Alumni Center, brings 3,500-square-feet of space to inform the community about issues central to the Chicano/Latino/Hispanic culture and heritage. 

Lonnie B. Harris Black Cultural Center

The Lonnie B. Harris Black Cultural Center, located on Monroe Street near the intersection of 25th Street, brings 3,500 square feet of space to complement the academic program of studies and enriches the quality of campus life for African and African-American students at OSU.

Asian and Pacific Cultural Center

The Asian & Pacific Cultural Center, located just east of Austin Hall, brings 3,500-square foot of space to engage students and members of the community around the Asian and Pacific Islander experience.

Student Experience Center

Located just east of the Memorial Union, the four-story, 88,000-square-foot Student Experience Center is home for student organizations and student media. A glass-covered outdoor plaza connects the building to the east wing of the Memorial Union.

Sports Performance Center II Basketball Practice Facility

The Basketball Practice Facility, adjacent to Gill Coliseum, brings 41,000 square feet that will be used by the Department of Intercollegiate Athletics.

Joyce Colin Furman Hall

The Furman Hall project fully renovated the building interior, while providing seismic safety and accessibility.  The project lovingly replaced the degraded stone exterior to a nearly perfect replication of the original construction

Beth Ray Center for Academic Support

The Beth Ray Center for Academic Support brings 29,000 square feet of space for providing academic support for student-athletes and the general student population.

The Nash Hall Renovation project upgraded over 107,000 gross square feet of building space to accommodate research, office, lab and teaching space for Fisheries and Wildlife, Genome Research, and Microbiology.  The project also substantially increased seismic safety of a once problematic structure

Linus Pauling Science Center

Linus Pauling Science Center brings ultra-modern and efficient research laboratories to the College of Science and the Linus Pauling Institute.  The building is also home to an imaging suite, characterization lab, vivarium, teaching labs and an auditorium classroom – all shared facilities for the entire university.
