New Campus Operations Center

The Campus Operations Center replaces the current Facilities Shop buildings south of Kerr Admin with a new complex of shop buildings, equipment space, vehicle yards, parking and associated improvements at the former OSU Foundation building site on 35th and Western. Phase 1 includes improvements to what was previously known as the OSU Foundation building. Phase 2 includes buildout to the site to accommodate the Facilities Services shops.

September

Week of September 2: Erect fencing and tree protection; receive roofing materials; mobilize onsite; remove existing roofing; install wood blocking; install insulation and base ply; install fall protection anchors.

Week of September 9: Remove existing roofing; install wood blocking; install insulation and base ply; install fall protection anchors.

Week of September 16: Remove existing roofing; install wood blocking; install insulation and base ply; install fall protection anchors; install solartubes.

Week of September 23: Remove existing roofing; install wood blocking; install insulation and base ply; install fall protection anchors.

Week of September 30: Remove existing roofing; install insulation and base ply; install fall protection anchors.

October

Week of October 7: Remove existing roofing; install insulation and base ply; install cap sheet; install sheet metal; install fall protection anchors; install access platforms.

Week of October 14: Install cap sheet; install sheet metal.

Week of October 21: Install walk pad and warning line.

Week of October 28: Paint small units; punch list.

November 

Week of November 4: Remove fencing; punch list; demobilize.
