Project Delivery

In May 2019, the university entered into a long-term lease of a facility that could serve as a preferred alternative to renovating the existing Gladys Valley Gymnastics Center in terms of cost, space configuration, and flexibility for the future. OSU is now exercising an option to purchase the facility, which is located near the Corvallis campus on 4100 SW Research Way. Nearly half the space will be renovated to accommodate a new Gymnastics Practice Facility. The remaining area will continue to be leased to two other tenants who will pay rent to OSU.
