North District Utility Plant

Project Description

Construction of a new, approximately 5,816 square foot, chilled water plant that produces emergency power and chilled water for HVAC systems for adjacent campus research facilities. Equipment will include three chillers, six pumps, six roof-mounted cooling towers, a fire riser room, an electrical room, a backup generator and two transformers.
