Delivery Fee for Surplus Purchases

  • $30 delivery fee for department purchases
  • Surplus Property only delivers purchases to departments on the Corvallis campus

Sales Fee

For OSU departments, Surplus Property keeps the first $1,000.00 of each sale item plus a percent of the purchase price, as shown below. If you are selling items from another government agency, please refer to your current agreement with us or contact us.

Equipment Removal Fee

Removal of non-sellable fridges and freezers are subject to move fees (see below).

Campus Moves Fees

Labor Charge

  • $47/hr per OSU staff person with a one hour minimum
  • $36/hr per student laborer (when available) with a one hour minimum
  • Outside vendor or overnight travel as quoted

Equipment Charge

  • $30/hr per truck or forklift (when available) or actual equipment rental charges for Motor Pool or outside vendor equipment
  • $0.60/mile for off-campus pickups
