Project Management

Heather Riney is the director of the Division of Finance and Administration’s Project Portfolio Management Office, which provides resources, services and project management training. Reporting to the vice president for finance and administration, Heather provides leadership and management expertise for a portfolio of projects and initiatives across the division and university. With over eight years of project management experience at OSU and over 20 years’ experience in the human resources field, Heather brings high-performing teams together to drive strategic, operational, and technical excellence for the university. She holds a BA in Business Management and a double minor in communications and sociology from Oregon State University.
