Responsibilities: 
  • Processes travel and expense reimbursements and invoices NOTE – Monica works closely with Anita Bracha on travel and expense reimbursements. Chemistry faculty, staff, and students should coordinate with Luanne who will then work with Monica for these functions.
  • Processes OSU Foundation reimbursements
  • Assists with Purchase Orders and contracts
  • Provides procurement card support
  • Provides advice regarding OSU policies & procedures (travel, payables, pcards, etc.)
