The Office of the Controller develops and maintains the university's sound financial and internal control structure in alignment with OSU's strategic plan. We emphasize a service-oriented, team approach to providing financial information, systems, and policies that meet fiduciary and regulatory responsibilities, address the operational needs of the University's departments, and serve the needs of our students, parents, alumni, fellow employees, and sponsors.
Student Account Services is responsible for posting tuition and fees to student's OSU accounts, sending the monthly electronic billing statements; and administering the Perkins loan program, sundry scholarships, and sponsorship contracts for students. We can also provide advising on managing your college finances. Please see below for available student resources.
Oregon State University (OSU) Controller’s Unit (CU) is using the Administrative Partnership Model (APM) as a basis for our future state organizational structure. The APM focuses on administrative partnerships with the goal of maximizing the value of business processes and services.
